So I love Texas! Everyone is so nice! I'm in love! It isn't hot yet so I am loving the weather. I have gotten fed every night and everything has been so yummy! They have what they call the Fort Worth 40 and I feel that will totally happen if I'm not careful haha. My companion is an angel! Her name is Sister Park and she is incredible. The first morning she made me breakfast! She is the sweetest.We also get along super well which is super good! We teach well together too! She is such a blessing! So we are up in Denton which is north of Fort Worth. Some of it is a little rural so we have seen a lot of cows. I have yet to see any longhorns though.  We also already have investigators! I mean they were here before I got here but I've got to know them and I love them all already!  M. lives out in the middle of nowhere. Hello Parents! Your wonderful Missionary has arrived safely  to the Texas Fort Worth Mission! We are so excited to have them here, what a great blessing! They are going to have Lunch and an orientation, visits with President and Sister Whitney, then a great Texas dinner of Brisket, cream corn, green salad, baked beans and of course Texas Sheetcake! You will hear from us soon and from your missionary on Monday the 26 th , which is their P-Day.

Hello Everyone!!!  I have officially made it through my second week at the MTC!! One of the best spiritual experiences this week was the fact that I can tell when the spirit is in a lesson, and when it isn't. So on Monday we were teaching Sadie and we had the spirit so strong at the beginning of the lesson. She was sharing how she has noticed her weeks have gotten so much better and was realizing that it has been since shes been praying! It was such a cool moment but when it ended we weren't able to know where to go next. We had an awkward pause and then went into the plan of salvation because we didn't know what else to do... It was bad! We went way too deep and it was just so confusing! Yesterday we taught her again, ready to follow the spirit and it went so much better! She believes in God as her eternal father and she is starting to feel her faith in Jesus Christ growing!! It is so exciting to see her progress in just one week! I love her so...

WOW!! This week was such a blur! The beginning of the week seems so long ago but it also seems like it was just yesterday. They jump right in teaching and I feel like I have learned so much! When we read the scriptures as a district I learn so much! The scriptures have come alive! Thanks to everyone for the encouragement and for the love I have felt since I've been here! I have already started teaching investigators! It has been so cool to be bale to help people and do these things. Even though it is likely that they could be members, it feels real and I know that I am helping them with struggles they're really having. One of our investigators has been having a hard time getting answers so we taught her how to pray and to get answers to prayers. We also helped her recognize the spirit so it was so cool! The other girl we're teaching is so sweet and she has some real questions we're helping her with. I love that we help people. Our ...
